Answers to some common questions about CIMplicity®.
CIMplicity is the patient support program for patients who have been prescribed CIMZIA® (certolizumab pegol).
Any person who has been prescribed CIMZIA can be enrolled into CIMplicity.
There are two ways a patient can be enrolled into CIMplicity:
- Have them sign the patient portion of the Patient Enrollment Form (PEF) and fax it to 1-866-949-2469.
OR - Check the “Patient unable to provide authorization. Please send digital request to obtain Patient Authorization to Use/Disclose Health Information” checkbox on the PEF to send a text and/or email to request authorization from your patient.

It does not cost the patient anything to join CIMplicity.
The CIMplicity Savings Program is the savings program. After insurance coverage is approved, eligible, commercially insured patients may pay as little as $0 per dose.*
The CIMplicity Administration Savings Program provides eligible patients with reimbursement for in-office, administration-related costs for CIMZIA Lyophilized Powder.*

CIMplicityCares.com is an online HCP portal dedicated to CIMplicity patient enrollment, providing offices with features like verification of benefits, prior authorizations and appeals support, and live updates about your patients' cases.
A patient is assigned a Nurse Navigator once they are enrolled into CIMplicity and provide their authorization to use and disclose their health information. Patients who provide their authorization to use and disclose their health information can expect to receive a welcome call from their Nurse Navigator within 24 hours after enrolling into the program.†
Nurse Navigators do not provide medical advice and will refer patients to their healthcare professional for any treatment-related questions.
