Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to some common questions about BIMZELX Navigate®.
It is one of UCB’s fundamental priorities to protect patient information and privacy. To ensure your patients have access to all the support BIMZELX Navigate has to offer, it is critical to first obtain the patient's authorization to use/disclose their health information.
BIMZELX Navigate is a patient support program, provided to patients prescribed BIMZELX at no-cost.
Patients over the age of 18 with a valid prescription for BIMZELX for an approved indication and commercial insurance may pay as little as $5 per dose. See full Terms and Conditions.
BIMZELX Navigate Bridge is the “bridge” program for BIMZELX Navigate. Eligible, commercially insured patients who experience a delay or denial of insurance coverage pay just $15 per dose of BIMZELX for up to 2 years or until their insurance plan approves coverage, whichever comes first. See full Terms and Conditions.
Once your patient’s insurance provider approves coverage for BIMZELX, your patient’s Nurse Navigator can help lead the transition from BIMZELX Navigate Bridge to BIMZELX Navigate Savings. This includes communicating the changes to your patient and talking them through the specifics of the transition.*
*Nurse Navigators do not provide medical advice and will refer patients to their healthcare professional for any treatment-related questions.
BIMZELX Navigate Case Managers obtain prior authorization requirements, forms, and contact information when they conduct the benefit verification and provide that information to your office. Once your office submits the prior authorization request to the payer, Case Managers will follow up for a determination (approval or denial).
The MyNavigate Portal is the online site BIMZELX patients can access that features informational resources, their BIMZELX Navigate Savings Card, and the ability to request a sharps disposal container.
